American actress arrested on charges of assault, torture and theft of
Former Bravo reality star Diamond Tankard has been arrested
for allegedly assaulting and stealing from a woman at a Walmart.
According to a foreign news agency, Diamond Tankard, who
appeared on Bravo's reality show "Thunder Water," has been arrested
for assaulting and stealing from a woman at a Walmart in Antioch, Tennessee.
According to police, Tankard, 21, grabbed a woman by the hair
from behind in a self-checkout line and started beating her. CCTV footage of
the incident showed her hitting the woman in the face with a sock filled with
rocks. She was also wearing a monitor on one of her heels during the attack,
while the victim was bleeding.
The video of the incident is also going viral on social
media. It is drawing strong reactions from users.
According to police, Tankard also stole the victim's iPhone
14 (worth $1,500) and Louis Vuitton handbag (worth $900). The woman suffered a
serious injury to her forehead and was taken to hospital for medical attention.
The victim, a Diamond Tankard, has been charged with assault
with a dangerous weapon and theft and is being held on $25,000 bail.
It should be noted that in December last year, Diamond
Tankard was also charged with attempted murder and hit-and-run. His next court
appearance is scheduled for August 22.
